Dr. Hasibe Aysan is a distinguished academic and
professional with a remarkable career spanning business
administration, international trade, and higher education. A 2003
graduate of Marmara University's English Business Administration
program, she earned the titles of department and faculty
valedictorian, setting the foundation for an exceptional academic
journey. Between 2003 and 2012, Dr. Aysan built a robust career in
banking, specializing in international trade, foreign exchange,
country credits, letters of guarantee, and domestic credits. During
this period, she simultaneously completed her Master's degree in
Business Administration in Istanbul, exemplifying her dedication to
both professional and academic growth. In 2019, Dr. Aysan earned her
Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt
University. Her doctoral research explored organizational theories,
legitimacy processes, professional divisions, and business history,
reflecting her deep commitment to understanding complex
organizational dynamics. Currently, Dr. Aysan serves as a faculty
member and Department Head at Ostim Technical University's
International Trade and Finance Department. Her research interests
include management and organization, strategic management, and
technology and innovation management. A strong advocate for
international collaboration, she actively participates in Erasmus and
EU projects as a coordinator and works closely with international
universities. Since 2021, she has contributed to Star Accreditation
Economic Enterprise committees and became an accreditation process
evaluator in 2024. Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Aysan is a
dedicated mother of two who balances her career with personal
interests such as table tennis and cross-stitching. Looking ahead,
she aspires to expand her international contributions through
impactful publications, collaborative projects, and innovative
research in her field.
